A graduate of Youngstown State University, Dan has been providing accounting and business consultation services to all types of clientele for nearly 30 years. In addition to his senior leadership role within the firm, Dan offers his knowledge and expertise to his valued clients with an emphasis on organizational structure and overhead sharing arrangements, buy-sell issues, profit enhancement, debt restructuring, and financing. Over the years, he has formed many solid relationships with regional bankers and attorneys, which allows him to assist with financing opportunities and other small business concerns. Bruce oversees the firm’s auditing department and is responsible for the quality control oversight for all auditing and attestation engagements. Don actually attended Hamburger University to potentially become a Franchisee himself, but made the decision to use his accounting and business skills to serve as their trusted advisor instead. Dyam holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science Degrees in Accounting and Taxation from Florida Gulf Coast University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Prior to Bodine Perry, Dyam worked for more than eight years as an Internal Revenue Agent for the Small Business and Self-Employed Division of the IRS. During his tenure, Dyam audited Federal Income Tax returns to determine compliance, worked international cases with an emphasis on compliance of foreign information returns, managed field agents, and successfully completed multiple Frontline Group Management details. Outside of the office, Dyam is involved in many community events and organizations including being a member of the Naples Zoobilee Committee and treasurer of Rhiguetty & Grace Caring for Others Foundation Inc.
