Brian joined Bodine Perry in 2013 and brings over 25 years of both public accounting and private industry experience in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, professional service firms, medical, retail, and restaurants. Brian has worked in both public accounting and industry. His experience includes working at a large regional CPA firm performing audits, tax and consulting work, as well as experience as a Chief Financial Officer of a local manufacturing company for over 10 years.
Brian’s primary focus at Bodine Perry is working with owners of small and middle market companies including Franchise Owners. With his background, he provides a wide range of services to his clients including accounting, auditing, tax planning, business valuations, cash-flow projections, budgeting and forecasting, buy-sell negotiations and assistance with bank financing. Brian has also helped establish the firms’ valuation practice, a department which he currently now leads. Brian enjoys working with business owners to help them solve problems and achieve their personal and business financial goals. He often brings value to the table by pointing out ways to reduce costs and enhance profitability.
